Be a registered Financial Services Provider (FSP) with FSCA accreditation. Demonstrated experience in managing insurance portfolios for entities with total insured assets exceeding R2 billion. Submit a contract or reference letter as proof. Must cooperate with incumbent brokers during the transition period. Failure to adhere to the above and not providing proof of adherence will disqualify your bid.
A formal performance scorecard aligned to SLAs will be used in quarterly performance reviews. Repeat non-performance may trigger penalties in accordance with ARC SCM policies and the final contracts penalty schedule. Ensure that the renewal of existing policies is prioritised, a penalty clause on final broker fees will be implemented.
The bid notice states that the ARC reserves the right to conduct a site inspection to the premises of the recommended service provider and/or the recommended service provider's clients at any given time.
