Massage Tenders

The Umgungundlovu Economic Development Agency is seeking professional service providers for a panel of wellness specialists. Tender documents can be downloaded from the agency's website or the eTenders portal. Written queries must be sent at least two weeks before the closing date. Tender documents must be properly bound and placed in the tender box by 12h00 on January 28, 2026. Submissions will be evaluated based on eligibility and functionality criteria. The 80/20 preference points system will be applicable. All service providers must be registered on the central supplier database. Tenders are valid for 90 days from the closing date. The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form. Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations. Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form. The panel term will be for a period of 3 years. The applicable services must be delivered within reasonable time frames after being awarded a medical assignment. Providers must submit confidential intervention reports and quarterly reports to the human resources department. Failure to complete the required goods and/or services by the due completion, the municipality shall deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay until actual delivery or performance. Issues of poor unsatisfactory performance will be communicated in writing, compelling the service provider to perform according to the contract and thus to rectify or to restrain from unacceptable actions. Where the supplier fails to render the services within the stipulated period, or should services rendered be deemed not to the satisfaction of the umgungundlovu economic development agency, the tenderer will receive written notice of poor performance. Failure to address performance issues could result in penalties being applied and/or the entire contract being reviewed or cancelled.
