The supplier will be held liable for any expenses that may be incurred by the ECDOH as a result of damage to property and injury to personnel as a result of poor quality products. The supplier shall ensure that its personnel shall, if at any time they believe that any matter constitutes a fire risk, report this immediately to the ECDOH institution and take such remedial action as may be necessary. The supplier shall comply with all relevant provisions of all applicable legislation and regulations. The supplier shall comply fully with any such reasonable procedures and policies, including the permit to work procedures and health and safety procedures. The supplier shall ensure that it and its personnel shall at all times comply fully with any safety, fire, emergency and security procedures and policies applicable at the relevant institution.
