The bidder with the highest total number of points will be awarded the contract, based on the 80/20 preference points system where 80 points are for price and 20 points are awarded for BBBEE status level contributor.
Bidders must submit their quotations per section 2. 2, including specification sheets for the proposed water dispenser or indicate brand and models quoted for. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have active status on or before the closing date and time of the bid, and submit a CSD report. WCBD4 form must be completed and stamped, signed and dated by a commissioner of oaths.
Failure to comply with product specifications or inability to meet delivery times will render a quotation non-responsive.
The ASEZCO reserves the right to request any additional information and/or samples of items quoted.
Bidders that fail to submit any of the minimum requirements will be rendered non-responsive and will not be evaluated. Late submission of bids will not be considered for evaluation. The ASEZCO reserves the right not to appoint any contracted partner who does not comply with the conditions of this bid or if information is obtained by the ASEZCO about a bidder that could put the ASEZCO at risk.
