Pruning Tenders

Quotations must be received on or before the closing date and time specified on the call for quotation or proposal document. The closing date is 27 November 2026 at 12h00.

Suppliers with the lowest price offered will score the highest points. Only suppliers that submit a valid B-BBEE certificate can claim preference points in line with the 80/20 principle.

Suppliers must be tax compliant, registered on the Sentech supplier database, and provide a valid COIDA letter of good standing and a valid CIDB certificate (1 SH and above).

Tenderers are required to familiarise themselves with the site prior to submitting their quotations. A briefing session is scheduled at 10:00.

Suppliers that do not meet all the administrative responsive criteria may not be awarded this quote. Bidders that do not comply with all mandatory criteria will not be evaluated further.

Work is done through task orders with stated completion dates. task completion date is the date for completion stated in the task order unless later changed in accordance with this contract.

Payment is made within 4 weeks of receiving a valid tax invoice. the period within which payment is 4 four weeks upon receipt of a valid tax invoice.

Low service damages apply, e. g. , first incident: r **** for failure to rectifyattend to any findings from OHSE audits, and r **** for works not commenced in specified timeframe.

Bids must be submitted by the closing time and date: 30 October 2026 at 11h00. Late bids will not be accepted.

Payments shall be made promptly, in no case later than thirty (30) days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 price, 20 specific goals.

Bidders must score a minimum of 35 out of 60 points on functionality, including experience and financial stability criteria.

Penalties apply for late delivery: deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate.

There is a compulsory briefing session and site inspection on 16 October 2026 at 10h00 at the Wilton Mkwayi Building.

Failure to comply with mandatory requirements will result in disqualification: failure to comply with any of the above mandatory requirements will result in disqualification.

The closing date for submissions is 7 August 2026, at 11:00 am. closing date and time 7 august 2026 at 11: 00 am no late submissions will be accepted.

The SABS will not make an upfront or advance payment. The evaluation will be based on the 80/20 preference points system, considering price and specific goals. only bidders who meet the specified requirements will be evaluated further on **** preference points system of 2022.
