Trophy Tenders

Payment is made within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of an invoice accompanied by the delivery note.

The contract is awarded using the 80/20 preference point system with points awarded for price 80 and points awarded for specific goals 20.

Bidders must submit three (3) reference letters from previous clients, dated within the last five (5) years from the tender closing date and be registered on the Central Supplier Database.

Shortlisted bidders will be required to submit a link or USB containing clear images of each proposed trophy and certificate for evaluation.

Bids will be rejected if the bidder has failed to submit all required documents as specified on the bid document or if pricing is incomplete, as failure to complete the pricing in full will result in disqualification.
