Bid for implementation of clinical rules at opmed for two years. Closing date is 25 April 2025, 11:00. Briefing session is compulsory. Responses may be submitted to the email address provided. Service providers must submit a certificate of good standing with the workmans compensation fund where applicable. The service provider must submit their health and safety file where applicable. A BBBEE status level verification certificate must be submitted. The request for quotation must be completed and accompanied by an official quotation and emailed to the State Security Agency. Bidders must declare that the information provided is true and correct, and that the signatory is duly authorized. The offer remains binding upon the bidder during the validity period.
