The cost of works is determined by the available construction budget for the project, which is estimated to not exceed R 1 million, inclusive of vat and excluding professional fees. ithemba labs realises that the proposed solutions per site location will differ. to this end, ithemba labs intends to implement the proposed solutions in phases on a riskbased approach. however, for purposes of determining the bid price, the cost of works is determined by the available construction budget for the project, which is estimated to not exceed r 1 million, inclusive of vat and excluding professional fees.
