Penalties are calculated using the current prime interest rate per day of delay. deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay

The 80/20 preference point system is used, with points allocated as follows: points price 80 20 10 bbbee and 10 specific goals locality total points for price and specific goals 100.

Bidders must be registered with cidb, or capable of being so prior to the evaluation of submissions, in a contractor grading designation equal to or higher than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered for a 1ce class of construction work.

Failure to submit required documentation will result in disqualification: failure to submit required documentation with your quotation as per above will result in disqualification. Also, a score of 0 zero will be allocated if compulsory documents not duly completed and signed and if insufficient proof submitted at the closing time and date.
