Clarification queries must be submitted five working days before the tender deadline, by 12 November 2026 at 15:30. the tenderer will notify eskom of any clarifications required before the closing time for clarification queries, which is five days 05 working days before the deadline for tender submission, 12 november 2026 @15: 30

Tenderers who fail to attend the mandatory site visit will be disqualified. tenderers who fail to attend a mandatory meeting will be disqualified and their tenders will not be considered for further evaluation.

Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. late bids will not be accepted for consideration.

Power tools, pumps and machinery must be covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. warranty must cover manufacturing defects, engine, hydraulic system, and vibration mechanism.

Evaluation will be based on the 80/20 preference point system. this rfq will be evaluated on the 80 and 20 point for specific goals

Bidders must be tax compliant and registered on the central supplier database. the national treasury central database and tax compliance will be verified on day of evaluating any tender.
