SABC is seeking a panel of full-service agencies for special projects over three years. Bids are due by June 29, 2026. Agencies must provide integrated marketing support, including strategic planning, creative development, digital and social media, and implementation support. Four brand-specific responses are required. Evaluation will be based on functionality, with a threshold of 70 points. Successful bidders will be selected based on capability, not just price, and work will be allocated on a rotational basis. Late submissions will not be accepted. All electronic submissions must be in PDF format and sent to ***@***. *. * at least 60 minutes before the closing time.
The bid closing date and time is 29 June 2026 at 12:00 noon. Late bid submissions will not be accepted for consideration by the SABc.
The SABc's standard payment terms are 60 days from the date of invoice.
If there are any defects arising from failure of goods to meet the specifications within the period specified in the contract, the bidder shall replace the defective items at his expense or shall refund the SABc such costs as the SABc may incur in replacing such defective item.
The evaluation will be based on the quality, relevance, creativity, integration, practicality, measurement logic and commercial logic of the submission presented in response to this RFP.
Bidders must submit a SARS PIN, BBBEE certificate, proof of valid TV license, company registration documents, shareholder certificates, director ID documents, and financial statements or management accounts. Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is also required.
If delivery does not take place within the period stipulated, the SABc may cancel the contract concluded with the bidder without further notice and with immediate effect without prejudice to any other course of action available to the SABc to recover any damages out of such delay.
The closing time for clarification of queries is 3 three days before the deadline for bid proposal submission.
Failure to comply with the required technical specification will result in disqualification. Misrepresentation or providing false information regarding a company's information or engaging in fronting practice may lead to criminal and/or civil cases and restriction from doing business with SABc. Late bid submissions will not be accepted.
