The Council for Medical Schemes undertakes to pay in full within thirty (30) days after receipt of an original tax invoice from the supplier, for all valid claims for work done to its satisfaction upon presentation of a substantiated claim/invoice.
The bid document mentions warranty obligations in the General Conditions of Contract, stating that the supplier warrants that the goods supplied are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and will have no defects for twelve (12) months after delivery and acceptance, or eighteen (18) months after shipment, whichever is earlier, unless specified otherwise.
