Bids will be evaluated on a two-stage process: functionality assessment and price scoring. evaluation will be done on the following twostage process in terms of national treasury circular no: 53: stage 1: assessment of functionality. only service providers who achieve a minimum threshold of 50 points on functionality will qualify to proceed to stage two of the evaluation process. functionality criteria is as follows: company experience 40 pointskey personnel 30 pointsstage 2: evaluation will be done based on the **** preferential point system, where 80 points will be allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals.
