The closing date for submissions is 13 July 2026, 12:00 pm.

The evaluation criteria is an 80/20 point system.

Bidders must be egistered on central supplier database csd.

The quotation must be deposited into the tender box not later than the prescribed time and date: 24 June 2026 at 09:00. ot later than the prescribed time and date.

The quotation will be evaluated using the 80/20 points system. The quotation will be evaluated in accordance with the Joe Morolong Local Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No 5 of **** and the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022. Using the 80/20 points system

Vendors must be currently registered in the Joe Morolong Local Municipality database and CSD. Required documents include MED forms 1, 4, 8, 8:9 for all directors, CIPC, proof of rates and taxes, and SARS tax pin. please note that only vendors that are currently registered in the Joe Morolong Local Municipality data base and C50 can submit quotations

Failure to submit any of the required documents will result in the quotation being non-responsive. fallure to submit any of the abovementioned documents, will result in the quotation being nonresponsive.

The proposed delivery date is 30 June 2026.

A valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit is required.

The contract period is 20 days from the date of acceptance.

Payment shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. This warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination.

Bids will be evaluated based on the 80/20 preference point system. Price will be awarded 80 points, and specific goals will be awarded 20 points.

Potential bidders are urged to submit a full CSD report, statement of municipal account, and proof of residence. Municipal rates and taxes of the renderer must be paid where the business has its head or regional office, and a rates clearance certificate not older than 3 months must be submitted. The latest full CSD report not older than 3 months is also required.

In the event that the service provider fails to deliver as specified in the specifications, the employer may withhold 10% of the invoice amount.

There will be no site inspection for this project.

Failure to submit required attachments, including a full CSD report, statement of municipal account, proof of residence, and rates clearance certificate, will lead to disqualification. Bids will not be considered from persons in the service of the state or those listed on the register of tender defaulters.
