This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the appointment of a service provider for alien plant clearing and maintenance services for La Mercy JV Property Investments Pty Ltd (LMJV) for a period of 3 years. The primary objective is to conduct invasive alien plant clearing services on LMJV land parcels. Services include clearing all areas, attending meetings, stockpiling cleared material, preparing monthly and annual close-out reports, and providing value-added services. Specific goals for the 20 preference points include 10 points for enterprises owned by black people (51% or more) and 10 points for enterprises located within KZN province. Bidders must submit a valid Pest Control Operator (PCO) certificate for the site supervisor, valid in weed control or industrial vegetation and noxious weeds from the Department of Agriculture. Proof of applications will not be accepted. Bid documents will be available via email from 17 March 2026 to 24 March 2026, weekdays between 08:30 and 16:30.
