Completed quotations should be returned via email to ***@***. *. * no later than 19 June 2026, 11:00.

Payment terms are 30 days in arrears upon receipt of a valid invoice.

The university does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any bid. Evaluation is based on a two-stage process: functionality and BBEEE component, using an 80/20 preference point system.
