Appraisal Tenders

The tender is for the provision of valuation services for municipal properties as at 30 June 2026. Key requirements include: - Certification as a professional associated valuer, registered in terms of section 202a of the Property Valuers Profession Act, ****- Proof of registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession. - A minimum of 5 years of valuation experience, supported by a detailed CV. - Valuations must be provided for land and buildings separately. - A valuation certificate must be issued with specific information, including the applicable date of valuation, registered owner name, erf number, town or area, site address, extent of land, valuation of land and buildings, and use of property. - The quotation must be a fixed price. - The tender will be evaluated using an 80/20 preference point system, considering price and specific goals (BBEEE status level and locality). - Compulsory documents to be submitted include MBD 4, MBD 6. 1, MBD 8, MBD 9, BBEEE certificate or affidavit, municipal accounts or lease agreements for the business and directors, and company registration documents. - Quotations must be valid for at least 90 days from the closing date. - The municipality reserves the right to order any quantity, including none. Quantities indicated are estimates for evaluation purposes.
