Services will be provided at the 94 WF Nkomo Building and temporarily at the Absa Towers Building. A virtual briefing session is scheduled for June 12, 2026. Clarification queries are due by June 17, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by June 29, 2026, at 11:00. Bidders must be tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Evaluation will be based on functionality (70% minimum score required), price, and specific goals (80/20 system). Penalties will be applied for non-delivery on critical requirements.

Responsive bids will be adjudicated on the 80/20 preference point system, considering price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points).
Bidders must achieve a minimum of 70 points out of 100 for functionality to proceed to phase 3. They must also be tax compliant and registered on the CSD.
Penalties are outlined for non-delivery on critical requirements such as consumables, waste collection, equipment operation, and PPE/uniform compliance.
A virtual briefing session will be held on 12 June 2026. Attendance is optional but highly recommended.
