Purifier Tenders

Quotations are invited for the supply and delivery of fine dust. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 12:00 on 14 May 2026. Documents and specifications will be available from 06 May 2026 upon payment of R300. 00. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email, unmarked and late quotations will not be considered. Technical enquiries can be directed to Mr Speechnala on 017 620 ****, and SCM enquiries to Mr. Siphomadondo on 017 620 **** quotation documents must be placed in a sealed envelope and submitted to the tender box at Secunda Head Office, Horwood Street, CBD Secunda, ****, by no later than 12:00 on 14 May 2026. The envelope must be endorsed with the bid number, description, and closing date. A preferential point system will apply, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals (race, people with disability, youth, woman, locality). Awards will not be made to persons not registered on the Central Supplier Database, in the service of the state, or who are advisors/consultants contracted with the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to withdraw or reject any quotation. Compulsory documents to be attached include a copy of the tax compliance status PIN, a copy of a current municipal account not older than 3 months (or lease agreement/tribal authority letter if in an unproclaimed area), and a valid compliant CSD summary report not older than 3 months. All forms must be filled in full.
