The closing date for receipt of tenders is 10 April 2026 at 12:00 PM South African time.

The bid will be awarded based on a combination of price and specific goals, utilizing an 80/20 preference point system. Functionality will be evaluated first, with a minimum threshold of 70 points required for further evaluation on price and preference.

Tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading of 4ME or higher. They must also ensure compliance with tax obligations and submit their SARS PIN. For functionality, tenderers need to achieve a minimum score of 70 points out of 100 based on qualifications, experience, equipment specification, and references.

A non-compulsory clarification meeting will take place on 27 March 2026 at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams meeting.
