The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted, and ERWAT reserves the right to consider any bid not comprehensively completed, as well as the right to accept a bid in whole or part. ERWAT reserves the right to appoint more than one bid for this contract.

Mandatory requirements include one mechanical fitter with five 5 year trade test certificate, QCTO accredited post qualification attainment experience, and one electrician with five 5 year post trade test certificate, QCTO accredited qualification attainment experience.

The contractor will be penalised in terms of clause 22 of the National Treasury General Conditions of Contract.
