Bids must be submitted by 12h00 on 11 August 2026.

The bids will be evaluated using an 80/20 preferential procurement point system where 80 points are for the price, and 20 are for specific goals.

Only service providers registered with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) will be considered. Mandatory documents include CSD summary report, valid tax clearance or SARS login pin, a certified copy of the most recent municipal account, copies of ID of members, Cipro, and relevant business certificates.

Failure to comply with the conditions will invalidate the offer. Late tenders will not be accepted. Successful bidders providing misleading information will be disqualified.

The WISA 2026 Biennial Conference & Exhibition is scheduled to take place from **** July 2026. Setup is on 21 July 2026 and breakdown is on 24 July 2026.

Bidders must have completed at least 2 projects in provision of exhibition stands for corporate, government, or institutional clients and submit 2 reference letters or fully complete Annexure A. A portfolio showcasing previous work is also required.

Failure to submit mandatory documents will lead to disqualification. Bids may be rejected if the disclosure form is found not to be true and complete. Fraudulent claims for preference points or non-fulfillment of contract conditions can lead to disqualification, recovery of costs, contract cancellation, restriction from future business, and potential criminal prosecution.
