The tender is for an electronic signature solution for the Gauteng Growth and Development Agency Group for 24 months. Bidders must complete all mandatory documents (form SBD 1) in full and in ZAR currency, including VAT. Proof of OEM accreditation or authorized reseller letter is required. The solution must integrate with existing systems and be cloud-based. A 24-month support and maintenance period is required. The bid closing date is 25 August 2025 at 11:00. Bidders must comply with tax obligations and submit their TCS PIN. The tender is subject to the preferential procurement policy framework act, **** and the preferential procurement regulations, 2022, the general conditions of contract GCC and, if applicable, any other special conditions of contract. The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form SBD7. The bid response must be submitted in English, in original hard copy and on a USB memory stick in a sealed envelope. The envelope must be placed in the bid box at the main entrance gate, Automotive Supplier Park, 30 Helium Road, Rosslyn X2, by the closing date and time. Amended bids are allowed, but the original bid documents must be included. The closing date, company name, and the return address must be endorsed on the back of the envelope. If a courier service is used, the bid description must be endorsed on the delivery note/courier packaging. The tenderer must indicate how they claim points for each preference point system. A bidder who fails to complete in full or complete incorrectly to claim points for specific goals will receive a score of zero for that goal. The tenderer must achieve a minimum score of 70 points under functionality to be able to be evaluated further on pricing specific goals as per the preferential system.
