This tender is for the appointment of a professional service provider to undertake energy performance audits and attain energy performance certificates for selected Umgeni-uThukela Water sites. Payments will be made upon completion of milestones set out by the contract and upon valuation by the Umgeni-uThukela Water project manager on the amount of work done during the set period. Invoices and supporting documents should be submitted by the 25th of each month, with payment by the end of the following month.

The study leader must have a Master's degree in relevant fields and a valid license. The technical lead must have NQF level 8-10 and be a Professional Green Star AP, registered with the Green Building Council of South Africa.
The maximum penalty amount (MPA) shall be 7. 5% of the contract price (CP), and the daily penalty amount (DPA) payable shall be ****.

Persons aggrieved by tender award decisions may lodge an appeal within 7 business days of the date of the intention to award notice.
