Bidders must demonstrate experience and submit three reference letters. bidding company must demonstrate experience of successfully delivering density meter or equivalent bidders must submit refer letter from previouscurrent clients. minimum of three 3 references letters are required

Contacting other SABS personnel or canvassing may lead to disqualification. bibbers must not contact any other sabs personnel regarding this rfq, as it may lead to the bidders disqualification. also note that any canvassing by bidderssuppliers regarding this rfq will result in disqualification.

Bidders must have a valid professional quantity surveyor prqs registration certificate issued by the south african council for the quantity surveying profession sacqsp and a bachelor of science bsc in quantity surveying, bachelor of quantity surveying bqs, btech, or an equivalent qualification recognised by sacqsp.

Bidders who do not meet the requirements will be disqualified, as stated: bidders who do not meet the requirements will be disqualified and not evaluated further on functionality requirements.
