This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for onsite preventative service, supply of spares, and repairs for Miele laboratory glassware washing machines (models ****, ****, ****, and ****CD) at Rand Water's Analytical Services Laboratories and Process Technology. The closing date for bids is March 20, 2026, at 23:00. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided. Persons in the service of the state are disqualified. Rand Water will provide clarifications or addenda at least one calendar day before the closing date. The tender will be evaluated based on responsiveness, functionality (previous experience, human resource capacity, equipment capacity, work breakdown schedule), and a 80/20 preferential point system for price and BBBEE status.
