Bid submission deadline is 07 August 2025 at 11h00. Bid response documents must be deposited in the bid box at the specified address. Bids from persons in the service of the state, companies with directors in the service of the state, or close corporations with members in the service of the state will not be considered. The contract period is 36 months, starting from the date of appointment. The tender will be evaluated in three phases: mandatory requirements, functional requirements (including a demo presentation), and price and B-BBEE. Mandatory requirements include providing a valid reseller or signed proof of partnership letter or confirmation of ownership of the data package solution. Responses will be evaluated based on functionality, experience, quality of solution, capacity to deliver, and experience track record. Bidders must submit pricing for all requested items. Wesgro reserves the right to accept all, some, or none of the bids. Preference points evaluation will be based on the 80/20 point system. Bidders must fully complete all required documentation. Wesgro reserves the right to subject the bidder to a performance review. Bidders must comply with relevant SCM legislative framework and regulatory prescripts. Bidders must protect information in line with POPIA 4 of **** legal obligation arises until a formal contract is signed. Wesgro will issue a purchase order. Wesgro will not pay for work outside the original RFP. Wesgro will take ownership of any reports and intellectual property arising from the project. The service provider is responsible for the conduct of their employees and subcontractors. The RFP document will be appended to Wesgro's contract. All prices must remain fixed for the project period. Wesgro reserves the right to appoint more than one service provider, reject bids not according to specifications, reject bids not completed in full, not award the bid if the price is not market-related, engage in price negotiation, and invite shortlisted bidders for a presentation. Bid validity is 120 days. An appeal period of 14 calendar days is available after the award. Clarifications must be requested in writing via email. Local suppliers must provide proof of registration on the central supplier database (CSD), WCBD forms (WCBD1, WCBD4, WCBD6. 1), B-BBEE certification, and bank confirmation letter. Foreign suppliers must provide WCBD forms (WCBD1, WCBD4, WCBD6. 1), bank confirmation letter, and other required documents. Wesgro payment terms are 30 days on receipt of invoice and services rendered/goods delivered. Tender responses must be submitted by physical delivery only to the specified address and tender box. Bidders should allow sufficient time for travel and access to the building. All bid submissions must be deposited into the tender box.
