Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system, with 80 points allocated to price and 20 points for specific goals.
All suppliers responding to quotations should be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Mandatory requirements include full completion of the bill of quantities, attachment of datasheet, reference letter, proof of certification, proof of accreditation, and functionality requirements where applicable. No RFQ will be considered from persons in the service of the state. No bidder who is blacklisted by national treasury or any national authority due to non-performance will be considered. All quotes should be on PDF, MS Word, or MS Excel, not pictures, and on company letterhead. Submission of a joint venture agreement, where applicable, which has been properly signed by all parties.
There is no compulsory site briefing for this tender.
Failure to include all applicable taxes on quotation will lead to disqualification. Quotations received after closing date and time will not be accepted. Quotations without brand names where required will not be accepted.
