Quotations must be submitted electronically by 13 November 2026, 16:30. closing date and time date: 13 november 2026 time: 16: 30

The contract will be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest total points. the contract will be awarded to the bidder who scores the highest total number of points during the evaluation process

Bidders must be ISO **** accredited and provide lead auditor certifications. the bidder must submit their accreditation in terms of mandatory iso**** as a certification body to audit against ****: 2018

Failure to submit mandatory documents will result in disqualification. failure to provide any mandatory returnable documents as a form of such prequalification criteria will result in a respondents disqualification.

Bids must be submitted on or before the closing date and time. The closing date is 09 November 2026 at 10h00. bids received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

The evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system. responsive bids will be adjudicated on the **** point system in terms of which points are awarded to bidders on the basis of: the bid price maximum 80 points and specific goals maximum 20 points.

Bidders must be tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database. bidders must be compliant when submitting a proposal to ccb and remain compliant for the entire contract term with all applicable tax legislation.

There is no briefing session. there will be no briefing session.

Bids received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. bids received after the closing date and time, at the email address indicated in the bid documents, will not be accepted for consideration.

Payment terms are 30 days after statement as stated in the input.

Bids are evaluated on a points system based on weighted average score for price and preference with preference point allocation 80/20 (price 80, preference 20).

Bidders must complete, sign submit the sbd4 declaration and submit csd report and must be register on csd.

if any of the above requirements is not submitted with the quote it will be an immediate disqualification and quotations sent on word or excel format will not be accepted.
