Quotations must be submitted no later than 01 July 2026 at 11:00 am. it remains the onus of the service provider to ensure that their tender offer reaches the sahra office no later than the closing date and time.

Proposals will be evaluated based on compliance to terms of reference and conditions, price (80 points), and preference points on specific goals (20 points).

The appointed external mediator should possess proven experience in workplace mediation and conflict resolution, strong understanding of South African labour laws and organizational dynamics, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to remain neutral and impartial. elevant certifications or qualifications in mediation or conflict resolution.

A sample annual report book must be submitted together with the service provider's quote. all returnable proposal documents must be completed in full and submitted together with the service providers quote and a sample annual report book.

Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 10 July 2026.

Payment terms are 30 days from invoice and subject to the provisions of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference points system for price and specific goals, with a minimum threshold of 60 for functionality.

Bidders must have a law degree and relevant experience in adjudication or arbitration, and mediation or conciliation. Companies must nominate an individual with these qualifications.

Failure to comply with mandatory requirements, submitting more than one CV for a company, or fronting can lead to disqualification.
