Pet Medication Tenders

Bids are invited for the supply and delivery of animal feed medication. Bids must be submitted by May 13, 2025, at 12:00. Mandatory documents must be submitted, and failure to do so will result in non-responsiveness. The evaluation criteria include points for specific goals such as black ownership, youth ownership, Umzimvubu Local Municipality-based suppliers, and female ownership. Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations. Failure to provide any of the above particulars may render the bid invalid. The offered total of the prices inclusive of value added tax is: amount in words. Failure of a tenderer to sign this form will invalidate the tender. The employer identified below accepts the tenderers offer. The extent of deviations from the tender documents issued by the employer prior to the tender closing date is limited to those permitted in terms of the tender data and the conditions of tender. No bid will be accepted from persons in the service of the state. The 80/20 preference point system shall be applicable. The bid of any bidder may be rejected if that bidder, or any of its directors have: abused the municipalitys municipal entitys supply chain management system or committed any improper conduct in relation to such system, been convicted for fraud or corruption during the past five years, willfully neglected, reneged on or failed to comply with any government, municipal or other public sector contract during the past five years or been listed in the register for tender defaulters in terms of section 29 of the prevention and combating of corrupt activities act no 12 of **** bid not complying with the peremptory requirements stated hereunder will be regarded as not being an acceptable bid, and as such will be rejected.
