Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a valid CSD registration report or indicate their CSD supplier number. A valid BBBEE certificate or a sworn affidavit as prescribed by the BBBEE codes of good practice is required. Failure to provide these documents may result in disqualification or forfeiture of preference points. Bidders must submit the official forms provided, not retyped or in a manner not prescribed in the bid document. The successful bidder will be required to sign a written contract form (SBD 7). The bid is subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, ****, and the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022, the General Conditions of Contract (GCC), and any other special conditions of contract. The exchange rate will be confirmed, and pricing re-adjusted on the day of the purchase order. The bidder must provide a cost-effective price, inclusive of all costs. Licenses should be valid for twelve (12) months and subject to annual renewal for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The evaluation process will use an 80/20 weighting system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for preference points based on specific goals. Failure to comply with mandatory requirements will result in disqualification. Payment will be made into the bidder's bank account normally 30 days after receipt of an acceptable, valid invoice. Banking details must be submitted as soon as this bid is awarded.
