Bids must be submitted online not later than 10:00 on 11 November 2026. respond to the bid on the online platform not later than 10:00 on the 11 november 2026.

Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of invoice. i undertake to make payment for the services rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, within 30 thirty days after receipt of an invoice.

The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals.

Mandatory requirements include ECSA registration, 10 years relevant experience, ISO 9001:2015 certification, NOSA or ISO **** grading, and professional indemnity insurance. the service provider must hold current registration with the engineering council of south africa ecsa

Bidders will be disqualified for failure to attend compulsory briefing session, incomplete pricing schedule, use of tippex on price schedule, or failure to meet mandatory requirements. bidders will be disqualified should they fail to attend compulsory briefing session

Final deliverables must be submitted no later than 28 February 2027. The implementation period is from 15 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, with phased milestones: submission and departmental approval of the final documentary, all shortform digital content, clean masters, subtitle files, editablesource files, raw footage, release forms and closeout documentation no later than 28 february 2027.

Payments are milestone-based: payments will be released only upon written approval of each phase deliverable and confirmation that all intellectual property rights in the deliverables for that phase have vested in the department as per section 10.

The service provider warrants that the works are wholly original and do not infringe any thirdparty intellectual property rights and that all necessary consents, licences and clearances have been obtained.

Bidders must be registered on the central supplier database csd and submit valid tax compliance status and have at least five years documented experience in film production, visual storytelling, scriptwriting, directing, editing and digital content creation.

Payment is made 60 days after service delivery and invoice submission. sabc will effect payment sixty 60 days after the service provider has rendered the service and submitted an invoice statement.

The award is based on functionality evaluation and the 80/20 preference point system. the **** preference point system will apply to evaluate responses and the award of the tender rfq to will be based on functionality evaluation.

Bidders must submit proof of CSD registration, valid TV license, tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate, and company registration. no contract will be awarded to any bidders whos tax matters are not in order.

Late and incomplete submissions will invalidate the quote. late and incomplete submissions will invalidate the quote submitted. Also, bidders achieving less than 85 points in functionality will be declared nonresponsive.
