Construction and installation of a new steel internal access staircase, led lighting, description power supplies, and stairlift, and to extend existing balustrades Construction of a new internal access staircase connecting the 5th and 6th floors. The staircase will be designed and built to integrate seamlessly with the existing architectural character of the building while ensuring durability, safety, and visual continuity. The new staircase will be constructed from steel with reinforced steel beams, featuring glass balustrades that match the existing balustrade style and function within the atrium space. The structure will include a timber handrail fitted with led light fixtures, along with the necessary electrical setup and installation to ensure full functionality and compliance with building standards. The steel components will be painted and treated to enhance longevity and provide corrosion protection. A stairlift needs to be incorporated along the new staircase to enhance accessibility between floors.
