The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is seeking proposals for the design, development, hosting, maintenance, and support of a new website for 36 months. Bidders must submit their proposals by email to ***@***. *. * by 11:00 on October 3, 2025. The bid is subject to the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and other special conditions. Mandatory documents include a tax clearance certificate, CSD registration, company profile, and BEE certificate. Bidders must ensure all documents are signed and original, and within six months of the closing date. The NFVF reserves the right to amend bid conditions, validity period, specifications, or extend the closing date. The NFVF may conduct site visits. Bidders will be evaluated in four stages: administrative compliance, functionality, presentation, and price/specific goals. The 80/20 preference point system is applicable.

The warranty period is either 12 months after service delivery or 18 months after shipment, whichever is earlier. his warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the service, or any portion thereof as the case may be, have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination indicated in the contract, or for eighteen 18 months after the date of shipment from the port or place of loading in the source country, whichever period concludes earlier, unless specified otherwise in scc.
