Asset Recovery Tenders

The tender for a Hardware asset tracking and recovery tool including licenses has an effective date of June 17, 2025, and a review date of June 2030. The tender requires a detailed solution architecture overview diagram, including authentication, data centers, network diagrams, and DR systems integrated to the cloud. The tenderer must provide a comprehensive list of all cloud platforms that are compatible with and certified for the deployment of the asset tracking solution. The tenderer must also provide volume tier level as a global MSP partner. The tenderer that meets the paper evaluation threshold of 60 shall qualify to move to the next phase on the stipulated date and time. Various annexures are required, including authorization forms, acknowledgement forms, tenderer particulars, integrity declaration forms, contract price adjustment requirements, and local production and content declarations. The tender is subject to the preferential procurement policy framework act, **** and the preferential procurement regulations, the general conditions of contract GCC and, if applicable, any other special conditions of contract. Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS to enable the organ of state to verify the taxpayer's profile and tax status. Failure to provide or comply with any of the above particulars may render the bid invalid.
