The successful bidder will be required to deliver the instrument to the address as indicated. The cost of delivery must be included in the bid price.

Unless stated otherwise in this rfq or as mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to award of the rfq, all payments due to creditors for goods delivered services rendered will be settled within thirty 30 days from receipt of an invoice.

The portable gas dilution calibrator must have a two-year warranty.

The rfq will be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest points.

Bidders must submit a minimum of two contactable references where they have supplied and deliver dynamic calibrators.

The supply chain management policy of Mogale City Local Municipality allow persons aggrieved by decisions or actions taken by the municipality in the implementation of its supply chain management system, to lodge within fourteen 14 days of the decision or action a written objection or complaint to the municipality against the decision or action.
