The purchaser undertakes to make payment for the services rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, within 30 thirty days after receipt of an invoice.
This bid will be evaluated in three phases: phase one: mandatory requirements, phase two: capability requirement compliance assessment, and phase three: bidders passing all stages above will thereafter be evaluated on PPPFA and specific goals.
Only tenderers who are registered with the CIDB or are capable of being so prior to the evaluation of submissions, in a contractor grading designation equal to or higher than a contractor grading of 2CE or higher and those who satisfy the criteria stated in the tender data, will be eligible to tender.
Compulsory site briefings are scheduled for 28 April 2025 at 11:00 AM at Nahoon Dam. Contractors that did not attend the compulsory site visit will be disqualified.
