Barn Tenders

This is an invitation to quote for the upgrading of the Steytlerville Netball Field and Ablution Facilities. A compulsory site meeting will be held on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, at 11:00 at the Steytlerville Netball Field. Tenderers arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed. Detailed specifications will be provided at the site meeting. Quotations must be placed in the municipal tender box, Robert Sobukwe Building, in sealed envelopes clearly marked BEYSCM601, not later than 12:00 on Friday, 27th of February 2026. Faxed, emailed, or late quotations will not be accepted. The tender will be evaluated on the 80/20 system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Prospective bidders must submit proof of required documents to claim specific goals. Prices must include VAT and other associated costs. All suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Tenderers must have a CIDB grading of 1CE1GB or higher. A current original tax clearance certificate from SARS, a current certified municipal rates and services clearance certificate, and a completed declaration of interest are to be submitted. A current certified BBBEE certificate must be submitted to claim preference points. The Market Theatre Foundation is seeking quotes for the supply and delivery of regulation 3 first aid kit refills and new boxes. Bidders must submit supporting documents, including SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6. 1 (Preference Points Claim Form), a certified copy of a valid BBBEE certificate, and proof of CSD registration.
