Quotations must be submitted by 04 August 2026 at 12:00 PM.

The bid will be evaluated based on price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points).

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit all mandatory returnable documents.

All unsuccessful bidders have a right to request individual reasons for their bid not being successful.

Late bids, bids submitted to incorrect email addresses, failure to submit mandatory documents, and collusion will result in disqualification.

The value of this bid is estimated to be below R50 000 000 all applicable taxes included.

The goods must be delivered within two 2 weeks from date of official order.

Payments will be made not later than 30 days, after the receipt of a tax invoice.

The successful provider will be the one scoring the highest points, evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point system.

Bidders must price on all items, submit samples, provide a valid tax compliance status PIN certificate, and a copy of their latest municipal account or lease agreement.

Bidders must supply samples in terms of items tendered free of charge. Samples must be included in the quotation offer. Failure to submit the samples with submission shall result in automatic disqualification.

Failure to price on all items, submit samples, provide required documentation, or comply with marking instructions may result in disqualification.

Submission should be no later than Jul 10 2026 16:00:00.

Payment terms: 30 days after statement.

All bids will be evaluated on a points system based on weighted average score for price and preference as per preferential procurement framework act of **** act 5 of ****. preference point allocation **** price preference weighting percentage preference: 20 price: 80 total must equal: 100

Bidders must be registered on CSD central supplier data base national treasury and be tax compliant. Suppliers must register their company in advance on the new obps e procurement portal. All required company documents, proposed submissions or additional requirements must be uploaded with your bid application.

NB: please note that if any of the above requirements is not submitted with the quote it will be an immediate disqualification. Bids that are suspicious will be reported to the competition commission for investigation and possible imposition of administrative penalties.
