Bidders will be disqualified for using correction fluid on price schedules, as stated: bidder will be disqualified should they use tippex correction ink, on the price schedule.

Bids must be submitted by 02 December 2026 at 11h00. the closing time for the receipt of bids in response to this invitation to bid is detailed on the cover page and no late bid submission will be accepted.

Payment is based on kilometres travelled at prevailing AA rates. kilometres km travelled will be paid in accordance with and within the prevailing aa automobile association rates for that specific engine capacity.

Bids are evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system. responsive bids will be adjudicated by the department on the **** preference points system in terms of which points are awarded to bidders based on: the bid price maximum 80 points specific goals maximum 20 points

Bidders must be registered on the CSD and attend the compulsory briefing. bidder must be registered on the csd and attach proof and bidders must have attended the compulsory bid briefing information meeting and be recorded as such in the register

Bids may be invalid if not compliant. failure to provide or comply with any of the above particulars may render the bid invalid and no bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state

Suppliers must complete two-phase registration: phase 1 supplier self registration csd process and phase 2 supplier self registration petrosa process.
