Mandatory requirements include mou or agreement with foundry owners/smelter, a valid sapsissued certificate of registration as a secondhand goods dealer, health safety management plan, environmental management plan.
Penalty clauses apply for noncompliance. I/we agree to a penalty clauses which will allow transnet to invoke a penalty against us for noncompliance with material terms of this rfp including the delayed delivery.

Failure to provide mandatory returnable documents will result in a respondents disqualification. Also, respondents found to be in collusion with one another will be automatically disqualified.
