Bidders must be registered with IATA and ASATA: travel management agencies must be duly registered with the international air transport association iata and the association of south african travel agents asata.

A compulsory information session is required: a compulsory information session will take place on 19 november 2026 at 10: 00am, on ms teams.

Failure to submit required documents may invalidate the bid: bid offers without the following documents will not be considered and non submission of proof of registration with these bodies will lead to automatic disqualification.

Tenders will be evaluated under the preferential procurement regulations 2022 using the 80/20 preference point system. Specific goals include HDI, disability, gender, and locality weights.
