The bid notice states that tenders must be deposited in the tender box not later than 12:00 PM on the dates specified in the table, which are February 19, 2024, and February 20, 2024.

Mandatory documents to be submitted include confirmation from SARS with a verification pin, copy of company registration (founding ****), original certified ID copies of managing directors/owners, properly filled and signed MBD forms 4, 6. 1, 8 and 9, and a billing clearance certificate or statement of municipal accounts or affidavit or proof of residence with declaration that a company does not owe municipal services for more than 90 days. Bidders must be registered on CSD and provide confirmation of registration. Certification of documents must be within a period of 90 days.

The bid notices advert date is 18 June 2025, and tenders must be deposited in the tender box not later than 12:00 noon on the closing date as per the table.
