Submissions must be made on the etender portal by 23 July 2026 at 16:00. Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system. 80 points will be allocated to price and the remaining 20 points will be allocated for specific goals as per PPPFA 2022.

All suppliers responding to quotations should be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Mandatory criteria include the completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and submission of proof of at least one completed project for the supply and delivery of MCC or control panels, with a completion certificate or reference letter.

There is no compulsory briefing session venue.

Failure to include all applicable taxes on quotation will lead to disqualification. Quotations received after closing date and time will not be accepted. Quotations without brand names where required will not be accepted.

Proposals must be submitted on or before 11:00 AM on 12 August 2026.

Legal Aid SA will approve all project plans and projected project activity costs. No project activity will be delivered before an official order has been issued.

Any defects attributable to poor workmanship will be rectified by the bidder at own cost and time.

The 80/20 system will be applicable, with 80 points for price and 20 points for BBBEE status level of contribution.

Bidders must provide proof of registration on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD), reflecting active supplier status, tax compliance, and not being a restricted supplier.

An optional briefing session will be held on 24 July 2026, from 14:00 to 15:00 PM at Rayveen Complex, 58 Rabe Street, Mokopane, ****.

Companies failing to adhere to submission requirements risk disqualification. Failure to provide requested information or demonstrations within 24 hours may result in disqualification.

The lead time for delivery is 30 days from the closing date of the bid.

Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the approved invoice according to an agreed payment schedule, against key deliverables provided professional level quality standards have been met.

The evaluation will be based on administrative compliance, mandatory compliance, and preference points, with a focus on price and specific goals.

Bidders must be registered with CIDB as MESystem, grade 1 and above, and provide proof of experience in similar work or mechanical works completion with at least one reference letter.

A compulsory briefing session will be held on 09 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at 67 Korranna Avenue, Doringkloof, Centurion.

Bid documents must not be included in packages containing samples; such bids may be rejected as being invalid.

Failure to provide or comply with particulars such as tax compliance status or CSD number may render the bid invalid. Alterations not initialed may lead to disqualification. Use of correcting fluid is prohibited.

The WISA 2026 Biennial Conference & Exhibition is scheduled to take place from **** July 2026. Setup is on 21 July 2026 and breakdown is on 24 July 2026.

Bidders must have completed at least 2 projects in provision of exhibition stands for corporate, government, or institutional clients and submit 2 reference letters or fully complete Annexure A. A portfolio showcasing previous work is also required.

Failure to submit mandatory documents will lead to disqualification. Bids may be rejected if the disclosure form is found not to be true and complete. Fraudulent claims for preference points or non-fulfillment of contract conditions can lead to disqualification, recovery of costs, contract cancellation, restriction from future business, and potential criminal prosecution.
