Shooting Tenders

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope into the appropriate official tender box before the closing date and time: 28 August 2026, 12:00.

The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. This warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods have been delivered and accepted.

The **** preference point system as contained in the preferential procurement policy will be used in the adjudication of this tender.

Bidders must submit a valid tax clearance certificate, be tax compliant on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and provide company registration forms and directors' identity documents.

Subject to GCC clause 25, if the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or to perform the services within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services.

Samples provided if applicable is listed as a compulsory document to be included with the tender document.

Any unauthorized alteration of the tender document will disqualify the tender automatically. Missing pages will result in the disqualification of the tender. Failure to comply with requirements or submit all compulsory documents may lead to disqualification.
