Bidders must be registered with the cidb or are capable of being so prior to the evaluation of submissions, in a contractor grading designation equal to or higher than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered for a 1 gb or higher work.

Attendance is compulsory at the clarification meeting on 29 October 2026 at 10h00 at the Struisbaai municipal office.

Bidders who fail to attend the compulsory clarification meeting will be disqualified.
