The tender is for the supply and delivery of road signs for Saldanha Bay Municipality until June 30, 2028. The closing date for submissions is November 14, 2025, at 12:00. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The 80/20 preference point system will be used. A valid tax clearance certificate and compliance with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) are required. The municipality reserves the right to reject any tender. The general conditions of contract (GCC) and special conditions of contract (SCC) apply. Bids are valid for a minimum of 90 days. The original tender document must be completed in black ink and signed by the authorized signatory. Missing pages will result in disqualification. No unauthorized alterations are allowed. Bidders shall not contact the Saldanha Bay Municipality on any matter relating to their bid from the time of the opening of the bid to the time the contract is awarded. Bids will be opened on the closing date immediately after the closing time specified in the tender documents. Tenders will be evaluated in terms of their responsiveness to the tender specifications and requirements as well as such additional criteria as set out in this set of tender documents. The successful bidder will be expected to sign the agreement of this bid document within 7seven days of the date of notification by the saldanha bay municipality that hisher bid hasbeen accepted. The signing of the relevant sections of this bid document signifies theconclusion of the contract. The municipality, at its discretion, may request thesigning of an additional service level agreement which, together with the signedtender document, will constitute the full agreement between the municipality andthe successful bidder. The City of Joburg Property Company Soc Ltd is requesting quotations for the supply and delivery of PPE for cleaning department staff. Bidders must be on the JPC panel of suppliers for supply and delivery of PPE. Valid tax compliant verification PIN number issued by SARS is required. Other requirements include a valid lease agreement, up-to-date municipal account, and a valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration. Quotations above R30,000 will be evaluated using the 80/20 point system. All prices quoted must be exclusive of VAT and include delivery charges. The closing date is June 24, 2025, at 10:30 AM Telkom time. Quotations must be deposited into the RFQ box at the reception. No emailed submissions will be accepted. The JPC reserves the right to accept the whole or any portion of a quotation. Quotations are to remain open for acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days effective from the date on which they are closed.
