The bid will be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest points, with points for this rfq shall be awarded for: a price and b specific goals and the maximum points for this bid are allocated as follows: points price 80 specific goals 20.

Bidders must be accredited by the QCTO and registered with Cathsseta or TETA and submit proof of valid accreditation and registration.

Bidders failing to meet mandatory requirements will automatically be disqualified for further evaluation and failure to provide or comply with any of the above particulars may render the bid invalid.

Bids must be submitted by the closing date and time: closing date 02 11 2026 time: 11: 00am. Late bids will not be considered.

Bidders must provide two 2 or more relevant reference letters not older than 5 years, a valid compensation fund coida letter of good standing, and CVs with minimum of three 3 years relevant experience.

Bids will be disqualified for failure to provide or comply with any of the above particulars, late submission, or if bidders are listed in the register for tender defaulters.
