The municipality undertakes to make payment within 30 days after receipt of an invoice accompanied by the delivery note. i undertake to make payment for the goodsworks delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, within 30 thirty days after receipt of an invoice accompanied by the delivery note.

Bidders must submit valid CSD proof of registration and comply with tax obligations. no bids will be considered from valid full csd proof of registration persons in the service of the state,

Bids may be rejected if the bidder has abused the supply chain management system or committed improper conduct. The bid of any bidder may be rejected if that bidder, or any of its directors have: a. abused the municipalitys municipal entitys supply chain management system or committed any improper conduct in relation to such system

The successful bidder is expected to complete the project within 2 months upon appointment.

Payments shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. This warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods have been delivered and accepted.

Responsive bids will be adjudicated on the 80/20 preference point system, based on the bid price (maximum 80 points) and specific goals (maximum 20 points).

Bidders must submit all documents as outlined in paragraph 7. 1 Table 2 for prequalification, including bid document completeness, compulsory site briefing attendance, SBD 1, SBD 3. 1, SBD 4, SBD 6. 1, and technical brochures/catalogues.

Subject to GCC clause 25, if the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or to perform the services within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services.

The cutoff date for submitting queries is 17 August 2026 at 16:00 pm.

Failure to provide or comply with any of the particulars in the bid document may render the bid invalid. Bidders may be disqualified for non-submission of any of the prequalification documents.

A firm delivery period must be indicated. Delivery costs must be included in the bid price for delivery at the prescribed destination.

This quotation will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point in line with preferential procurement policy regulations, 2022. The successful service provider will be the one scoring the highest points.

Bidders must submit completed and signed standard bidding documents (SBD1, SBD3. 1, SBD4, SBD6. 1) and comply with specifications. Tax compliance status PIN from SARS is required.

Bidders who do not adhere to prequalifying criteria or do not quote according to specification will be disqualified. Failure to provide required documents may render the bid invalid.
